Alike but so Different
I succumbed to my first originalization that the American English rowing is improper when I visited Angers, France this past summer. N incessantly had I questioned the way that I spoke because people who speak the comparable tongue surround me. By hearing this new set phrase it influenced me to examine the flaws of American English.
Upon my arrival to France I noticed on that point was a complete language barrier. Once we reached our final computer address we had the ability to communicate with British people who shared a common but uniquely different language. I had all heard fake impressions of British accents before, but now it was the real thing, and far from what I had expected. After observing the owner of our renting castle and Jake, the castles young handy human race in his early 20s, I became more conscious of their culture. They dressed nicely every day, and always composed themselves in a proper manner. The atmosphere was one of royalty and their dignified vocabulary blew me away. My friends and I would laugh at their common language that sounded so foreign to us. We would tease Jake on his impersonations of how Americans spoke. He would force our words, use slang, and make our language sound lazy. He annunciated ever letter while speaking so clearly.



He hitherto said, Americans speak like drunk British people. Various words had different meanings to each of us. While driving us into the local anesthetic town Jake called the highway a motorway, and when a truck intimately ran him off the road he screamed, Damn lorry! He was running low on fuel, so I employ my GPS to find a gas station that was around us. When I said there was one only two miles away, he was completely confused. There measurements were all based on the metric function system, but the thing that confused him the most was why do we call our fuel gas when he called it petro.
